Description

16-10-2017: Fitbit & MovesApp points delay
Fitbit and MovesApp members may notice a delay with the allocation of points for their qualifying workouts. We are working on this issue and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

12-10-2017: Delay in Fitbit and Jawbone workouts
There is a slight delay in the allocation of points for Fitbit and Jawbone workouts. We are working on correcting this as soon as possible and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

12-10-2017: Apple Watch multisport
I use Apple Watch and whenever I use the multisport tracking functionality I am only awarded for one of the sports I do or I don’t earn any points at all

Apple Watch has a multisport functionality that sends workout data to Vitality as two or more separate events, instead of accumulating it as a single activity. In the event where members complete the various sporting disciplines in a multisport event in under 30 minutes each (30 minutes is the minimum amount of time required for a member to earn points for a particular activity), they will not earn any points for the event.

To earn Vitality points, please make sure you do not use your Apple Watch on multisport mode, unless at least one event qualifies for points.

06-10-2017: Vitality Race Event Points
We are aware that some members are being allocated 0 points for their completed Duathlon/Multi Sports events. We are working on the issue and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

21-09-2017: Polar Beats
We are experiencing a technical issue which has resulted in Heart Rate and Duration data not being received from some Polar members who make use of the Polar Beats App. There is no need to contact us as points will be automatically allocated as soon as the issue has been resolved.

15-08-2017: S Health workouts
Some members will notice a delay with points being allocated for their qualifying speed and heart rate workouts via the S Health App. We are working on the issue and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Please attempt the below workaround:

Log on to the Discovery App >> Select “Vitality” >> Devices and Apps >> Select “Samsung Health” on the top of the screen >> Select “Syncing exercise” >> Ensure that “Daily step count trend and Exercise” permissions are turned on to allow this data to be shared.

Once the permissions have been set please perform a manual sync if the Discovery App does not automatically sync.
